Renzie Richardson is the founder and CEO of the BHFL Group. She has been striving for more than 20 years to help entrepreneurs become CEOs using her past experiences. She has helped change the lives of more than 500 people and many organizations. Her business BHFL Group is a recognized minority-owned business with more than 20 years of experience in corporate training and coaching.

Small businesses in side-walk neighborhoods are important to Richardson because they support the infrastructure, economy, churches, and schools in the area. She believes that by providing jobs in those areas, you gain the opportunity and legitimacy to reform policies that disadvantage women and minorities.

With her two decades of experience in coaching CEOs, entrepreneurs, and business owners. She also holds a BS and MA degree, as well as more than 22 years of HR/OD professional experience. Her qualifications include PROSCI-ADKAR Practitioner, HBDI Practitioner, and WABC business coach certifications.
