Speaker of the United States House of Representatives, Nancy Pelosi has faced criticism for not wearing a mask. She was seen talking to lawmakers during a white house visit without a mask despite issuing warming for other-regarding the mask. The House Speaker, 81, appeared to overlook her own strict decree earlier in the day saying that masks still should be worn.

During her weekly press briefing, she advised others to wear masks until they got the dose of the vaccine. She said those who are still not vaccinated should wear masks so that they could be distinguished from others. She has also sent threatening financial fine messages to members of Congress if they refuse to wear masks.

The letter issued a warning of a $500 fine for first-time mask-avoiding criminals and then $1,500 for those who continue to refuse to comply. But a Maskless Pelosi seemed to disregard her own advice when she talked to fellow Maskless White House attendees including Attorney General Merrick Garland, House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer of Maryland while in the East Room as President Joe Biden inked the COVID-19 Hate Crime Bill.

Many times, she has seen advising other to wear mask despite CDC has lifted the warning on covering up the face of the person got the dose. She has already Pelosi has already been dubbed for being duplicitous during the pandemic.
