American model Chrissy Teigen has disclosed Thursday that she has decided to delete her Twitter account. Chrissy has revealed the reason behind the decision. She said that she has been left “deeply bruised” by the “negativity” on the platform.
Chrissy took to Twitter and said: “It is time to say goodbye”. She disclosed that Twitter had made her a “different human.” In a Twitter thread on Wednesday, she disclosed that all her fans on the Twitter platform have been her world for over 10 years.
American model wrote: “But it’s time for me to leave the platform. This no longer helps me as positively as it serves me negatively, and I think that’s the appropriate time to call something.”
After her recent miscarriage, she got praise from her fans for sharing emotional images. Chrissy has two children with singer John Legend. She had 13.7 million followers on Twitter. Other than Twitter she is also interacting with her fans on Instagram where she has 34.3 million followers.
Chrissy also disclosed that she was brave but she was unable to block out the negativity. The American model was also famous for her sarcastic remarks on Twitter, which would often see her trending.
