Fans are in a frenzy as pictures of Gwen Stefani’s engagement ring make rounds on the internet. It seems that the ornament sitting on her finger is no ordinary piece of jewelry. The band is either white gold or platinum in color and has a big square diamond in the center along with two smaller ones on the sides.
Jewelers and experts seem to think that the gem must cost a jaw-dropping US$500,000 and speculate for it to weigh at least 6 to 8 carats of the precious rock.
The 51-year-old country star was happy to show off her ring at a special Christmas appearance at Hallmark Studios. The Grammy Award winner was invited to sing at the channel’s countdown sang Here This Christmas leaving the audience in awe of her magical vocals.
The global superstar looked wowed in her monochrome outfit paired with black trousers. She added to the look by wearing a stunning gold and white neckpiece that complimented her entire look for the evening.
Stefani got engaged to fellow “The Voice” judge Blake Shelton who proposed to her in October. She then went on to confirm the news via an Instagram post. She wrote, “@blakeshelton yes please!”
Her fiancé replied back on SM saying, “Hey @gwenstefani thanks for saving my 2020… And the rest of my life. I love you. I heard YES!’
The couple has made several outdoor appearances together and were most recently seen to be rooting for each other at the People’s Choice Awards where Blake slipped in her name during an acceptance speech, “Thank you to my new fiancée, Gwen Stefani. That’s S-t-e-f-a-n-I if you need to Google it to figure out who she is. Thanks for the inspiration.”
Gwen could not walk hand in hand and waited in the car as per CoVid 19 protocols but was equally excited for her to be her husband’s win.
Gwen is all praises for Shelton as she said, “I feel as if I spent the last four years healing. You know, trying to build my life again and having a best friend like Blake to help me do that has been one of the greatest gifts.”
The two are always seen to be supporting and encouraging one another. They are head over heels in love and are eagerly awaiting for things to calm down so they can tie the knot as soon as possible and embark on a new and long-lasting journey of marital joy and happiness.
