The coffin of the late Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg arrived at the Supreme Court Wednesday morning where she will lie in repose for two days.
Justice Ruth Ginsburg‘s casket was wrapped in an American flag. Her casket will remain there for two days where she spent 27 years of her life.
White House deputy press secretary Judd Deere disclosed that the Presiden Trump will pay his respect to Ginsburg on Thursday.
It is expected that thousands will be gathered outside the Supreme Court. Ginsburg’s casket sits on the front steps for public viewing so that people can pay tribute to the legendary lady.
The public can pay respects in front of the building from now until 10 PM today, and from 9 AM until 10 PM on Thursday.
Her casket was taken inside the Supreme Court for a ceremony with her family, fellow justices, and former law clerks.
When Justice Ruth’s coffin was carried up the stairs to the court the clerk formed a guard of honor.
The casket of the late Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg is now in the Great Hall for a private ceremony for family, close friends and members of the Court.
