White woman Amy Cooper who was filmed falsely accusing a black man of threatening her will be prosecuted. She called a New York police and made a false report that an African-American man was threatening her.
Amy Cooper was walking her dog in the park when she met Christian Cooper in a wooded area known as the Ramble. An angry exchange started between them because her dog was not on a leash which is against the rule of Ramble.
Christian Cooper shared the part of a conversation on Facebook which went viral. Recording disclosed the black man was silent most of the time. On the contrary, she called the police and lodged a complaint that a black man was threatening her and her dog.
In the video, she is heard saying: “I’m taking a picture and calling the cop. I’m going to tell them there’s an African American man threatening my life.”

This incident sparked new controversary and signaling towards a fact that how White people treat black people.
Amy cooper was also fired from her job at investment company Franklin Templeton on a day after the incident. Later, she also publicly apologized for her false report.
