Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have decided to take legal action after drones were used to take pictures of their 14-month old son Archie.
Duke and Duchess of Sussex have filed the suit in California. The couple claimed that an unnamed individual took the pictures of Archie without their permission in their home.
They considered this act as an invasion of privacy. Meghan and Harry both have shifted to Los Angeles, California after they stepped back from their Royal duties.
The pictures of Archie were taken at the Sussex’s home during the coronavirus lockdown. Couple’s lawyer said that in Californa every individual has the right to privacy in their home. No drones, helicopters, or any other things were allowed to take away that right.
According to Lawsuit, Duke, and Duchess of Sussex are constantly followed by paparazzi who have tracked them down in their house and took pictures without permission.
