America-Mexican film actress Salma Hayek has raised her voice for a Mexican man who was brutally beaten to death by police because he was not wearing a mask amid coronavirus pandemic.
53-years old actress is using her platform to talk about the ongoing tension between the public and police. She talked about the incident of Giovanni López who was detained in Mexico by 10 police officers for not wearing a face mask.
She shared a post and asked for justice for Giovanni López. Salma also shared the picture of herself wearing a black mask with letters ‘Justice For Giovanni’.

Salma disclosed that he was shot in the leg and then beaten to death by police officers. The actress said that now is the time when there is a need to stop this brutality of the police.
Salma is a Mexican and American film actress and producer. She started her career in Mexico and featured in telenovela Teresa.
She also played in film El Callejón de Los Milagros. Salma has tied the knot with billionaire businessman Francois-Henri Pinault.
