Alphabet Inc. (NASDAQ: GOOGL) Decides To Delay Android 11 Beta Version Unveiling Amid US Protest

Alphabet, Inc. (NASDAQ: GOOGL) declared Saturday it has decided to delay the release of the beta version of its latest Android 11 mobile operating system because of the protests in the US.

Google released a statement: We are excited to tell you more about Android 11, but now is not the time to celebrate. The event was initially decided to take place virtually on Wednesday. Google said it will announce more details soon.

Shares of Alphabet Inc soared 1.08% at $15.28 during the last trading session of Friday. It has a day low and high range of 1415.98-1436.73, respectively. GOOGL had a trading volume of 1.82million as compared to the average volume of 2.73 million.

GOOGL has a return on assets (ROA) of 12.90%, return on equity (ROE) of 17.40% and return on investment (ROI) of 14.10%. It has an operating margin of 21.40%, a gross margin of 55.10%, and a profit margin of 20.70%.
