South-Korean actress Lee Sun Bin is not on good terms with her agency Wellmade Entertainment. Her agency claimed she is in talks with different productions without informing her agency. Well made star entertainment asks Lee Sun Bin to disclose all the productions she negotiated with.
Agency further demanded that she must notify the other parties that she will participate in any work through her agency in the future. Well made star entertainment’s lawyer released an official statement.
The first part of the statement revealed that Lee Sun Bin has signed the contract with Well made in 2016 and the contract has not expired yet. The contract gave exclusive rights to the Agency to take the decision regarding the entertainment industry activities of Lee Sun Bin.
The second part of the statement read that Lee Sun Bin notified the agency in 2018 that she has terminated the contract with the agency and since then she has been doing her activities independently.
The third part of the statement stated that Lee Sun Bin must disclose her activities with other productions as well as the revenue from those activities after receiving the notice within 14 days. The fourth part stated that if she does not respond within a given time the agency will take legal action against her.
Lee Sun Bin also respond to the agency’s claim. Her response stated that the agency lack transparency regarding expenses. Sun Bin’s legal representative further stated that the agency didn’t maximize her skills instead when her manager pointed out the problems they reduced his pay.
