TV presenter Lorraine Kelly has revealed that her daughter Rosie isolates herself after falling ill in Singapore. Rosie’s decision to self-isolate comes as the global coronavirus death toll has hit 3,000.
She explained on her show that her 24-year old daughter Rosie has been suffering with cold-like symptoms.
Lorraine said: “My husband has sent me a few pictures from Heathrow as he’s going over to see Rosie in Singapore. It was absolutely dead.”
Coronavirus, officially known as COVID-19, has spread across the globe. Near the 3000 people have died because of coronavirus and almost 83,000 are infected across the whole world.
The symptoms of coronavirus are not like those of cold. It causes fever, cough, and trouble breathing.
Rosie has been moved to Singapore to work in Public relations. Lorraine talked about her relationship with her daughter.
She said: “We talk about everything under the sun. I’m her mum, though, I’d never say I was her best friend because she’s got her friends already. I’d love to think she tells me everything but she doesn’t.”
