Canadian oil firm uses sick cartoon picturing the rape of Climate activist Great Thunberg has sparked outrage. They used this sick approach to promote their business.
The company has denied floating the image on the internet but has not refused to create the sticker for promotion.
Swedish activist Greta Thunberg slammed the Alberta oilfield. She took to Twitter and wrote: “They are starting to get more and more desperate. This shows that we’re winning.”
Rocky Mountain House Councillor Michelle Narang said that X-Site’s general manager Doug Sparrow knows about the sticker.
She said: “His response when I asked him if he was aware that there are stickers circulating with his logo depicting the rape of Greta Thunberg. He said yes, that he is aware.”
