Lydia O’Sullivan, from Whitehaven, Cumbria went missing for eight days. She had been traveling for the past two years but she had not contacted her family since 26 February.
Her sister stated via Facebook post that she has been found. She has been spending time at an eco-retreat in the Fijian mountains.
Her sister Franciene Nicholson’s post says: ” We are happy that Lydia O’Sullivan has been found safe on an Eco retreat in the Fijian mountains. My mother has just spoken to her. She is safe and well oblivious to the world search party looking for her.”
She thanked the Fijian people and police who helped them to find Lydia. When Lydia didn’t message her family for about eight days they all were worried. No one knows about her whereabouts and she had not been able to contact her family.
She traveled from Auckland to Fiji. Her sister appealed to Fijian people to help them in finding Lydia.
