The criteria for ranking based on each group’s standard digital points index and physical album sales data. It includes solo and collaboration releases. Official soundtrack activities were excluded.
TWICE ranked first in album sales with a total of 1.2 million album sales in 2019 alone. TWICE is the only group that has sold more than 1 million albums in two consecutive years since the girl group’s closing in 2015.
This financial review is written for girl groups of 10 teams ranked among the top 100 digital charts or album charts in 2019.

TWICE has been ranked No. 1 overall for three consecutive years since 2017, ranking first in each category of music and album.
Compared to 2018, BLACKPINK(48.1 points, 2018) is the only team that maintains the gap with TWICE, while Red Velvet (53.5 points, 2018) and Mamamu (39 points, 2018). Compared to last year, the relative score with the first place dropped slightly.
