Hillary Clinton says “We are holding him accountable” on Trump’s impeachment

Hillary Clinton took some credit and appraised her supporters for Donald Trump’s impeachment through a tweet on Thursday.

On Thursday a day after the House impeachment vote, Hillary took to Twitter and said ” The president has abused his power—using his office to further not the nation’s objectives but his own personal, political objectives—and, together, we are holding him accountable. Feel proud. Keep going.”

On Wednesday the House passed two articles of impeachment which Hillary simplified In another tweet, she declared defend our democracy. Clinton tweeted ” One of our most precious rights as Americans is the right to determine who our leaders are”

She further continued stating ” The president abused his powers to cheat n the election and rob us of that right. Then he obstructed Congress to cover it up.” Moreover, she announced ” impeachment is the only remedy”

And this is not it, Hillary also used twitter to draw attention to a petition that is for trump’s impeachment, the petition is signed by more than 750 historians who supported trumps impeachment and removal.

The petition states “President Trump’s numerous and flagrant abuses of power are precisely what the framers had in mind as grounds for impeaching and removing a president” All the people who signed the petition argued with this on trump’s impeachment
