Two female plane passengers filed a lawsuit against Frontier Airlines in Colorado for neglecting their appeal of help after sexual assaults. Both the passengers claim that they were assaulted sexually in the separate incident in 2018 on Frontier Airline flight.
They both said that the Airline failed to report the incident to the police. They didn’t help them gather the evidence.
Each woman says she was assaulted by a male passenger during a flight. One in October and the other the following month. The accused attackers’ names are not listed in the suit.
According to a lawsuit both the women told the incident to the flight attendant. The flight attendant didn’t mention this incident and remained silent.
They also mentioned that the flight attendant did not provide any help to them.
The lawsuit accuses Frontier of failing “to have policies and procedures to report & respond to sexual assault of its passengers on its flights.”
FA communication director Jennifer de la Cruz said that they have proper policies for their passengers’ safety.
“The FA has strict policies in place to proactively & appropriately respond to reports of misconduct and alleged crimes,” she added.
