A little girl was the target of an Islamophobic attack. The incident started on a bus no.88 when it was parked at a bus stop on Eccleshall. A viral video showed that a woman was in arguments with the group of schoolgirls from Silverdale School, Sheffield.
Police said that they got a call from Nursery Tavern in Sheffield about a racial attack and they asked a man and a woman to leave the site. But according to police, video in which little schoolgirl was attacked showed that the man and woman were the same who were previously involved in racial abuse.
Police captured the culprits. Little girl recorded her statement on the incident. Silverdale School said: “We are aware of an incident that has happened outside of school where it appears that some of our students have suffered abuse from members of the public.”
Islamophobia in the UK has increased since the 2017 terror attacks in London and Manchester. Anti-Muslimhatred has significantly increased in Europe in recent years.
