In Bratislava three young women, while trying to save the lives of dogs in heavy rainfall and storm, lost their own lives. It was reported on Wednesday that three women named Zuzana, Katka and Zdenka who were working for an animal shelter died while saving dogs from the deadly storm. Three of them were successful at loading the dogs into their car but the heavy flow of storm swept them away.
The news of their death was validated by the Prime Minister of Slovakia. He told the journalist that it is confirmed that three of them are dead.
On the other hand, the Emergency service spokesperson said that remains of the women were found but we are still in search of other bodies.
Another incident happened in Slovakia where a bus crashed into a truck due to which 12 people lost their lives including students and children.
After all these heart-wrenching incidents the government of Slovakia announced Friday as a national day of mourning.
