Princess Sarah Zeid appreciates the Pakistani Govt’s Ehsaas Program Initiative

The Foreign Minister of Pakistan Mr. Shah Mehmood Qureshi stated that the current government is fully committed to solving out the issue of malnutrition in Pakistan, also the government is fully ready to combat it. He also said that the government will provide better maternal and child healthcare.

On Friday The Princess of Jordan and Shah Mehmood Qureshi were talking where he indicated that the current government is taking firm actions in addressing malnutrition problems in the country while also working on providing people with better health care.

The Foreign Minister also stated that the current Prime Minister is already aware of this problem and has addressed the nation on this issue. He stated that tackling the issue of stunted growth in children is one of their first and foremost priorities as a government.

The government’s Ehsaas program for poverty relief was highly appreciated by the Princess.

The Prime Minister in a statement yesterday made it clear that the government is devoted to eradicating all forms of malnutrition in the country.

Prime Minister in a meeting with Princess Sarah Zeid of Jordan and World Food Programme’s Special Adviser on Mother and Child Nutrition, mentioned that the dominance of stunted growth as one of the many factors of malnutrition in the country is one of his key priorities to deal with during his tenure.

The Prime Minister gave detailed information about the government’s Ehsaas program for poverty relief and women empowerment to the Jordan Princess. He also praised her efforts to spread awareness about mother and child nutrition.
