The American singer-songwriter was honored with the accolade for her humanitarian efforts at the 45th E People’s Choice Awards 2019 held on 10th November in Santa Monica, California.

In her speech, Pink talked about fighting for humanity and saving the planet, motivating youth to step up and do their part to make the world a better place to live. She wanted the people to feel like they mattered and know that one man has the ability to bring change and make a difference.

She continued by adding, “There is so much to be done. I don’t care about your politics. I care about your kids, about decency and kindness”.
