Queen Maxima of Netherland soon visit Pakistan as a special counsel of the UN general secretary for three days from 25th Nov to 27th Nov. She will meet the PM of Pakistan Imran khan & President Arif Alvi.
During her stay, she will discuss different financial matters which are helpful to improve the economic conditions of Pakistan. Pakistani government invited her to visit Pakistan. Last time she visited Pakistan in 2016 on behalf of the UN.
During her stay, the Queen will also meet with international development partners, spokespersons from the fintech zone, State Bank Governor, Adviser to the PM on Finance Abdul Hafeez Shaikh & Nadra Chairman.
She will also attend the launching ceremony of the Micropayment gateway. It is an initiative of the central bank to reduce the cost of small sums in order to increase digital disbursements.
She will also visit Lahore to see the different plans that emphasis on digital financial services that support the promotion of financiers.
