The exceptional Singer and Songwriter from America, lady Gaga revealed her struggles when she was going through some psychological issues. Recently in an interview with Oprah Winfrey, the singer told in the interview that she had gone through immense emotional suffering.
She had started hurting herself because of those sufferings and pain she was dealing with. She admitted that she used to wound her body, and when she was doing all this she knew that she was just publicizing her pain, instead of asking for support and help.
Lady Gaga further disclosed that she has been going through post-traumatic disorders that caused it difficult for her to survive, despite regular medication and visiting several doctors. These illnesses had become a part of her weekly schedule. In such circumstances, instead of getting help from someone, she became a self-harmer.
But the good thing is that she managed somehow to come out of her stressful situation. She told that as she recognized there was no solution but to express her situation in words. She needed someone to listen to her.
She told that a person like her just needs someone who asks you about your feelings and then you can tell the whole story to them. This is how the star stopped being a self-harmer and feels grateful that she stopped. After that, she made it clear that she never wished to be like that, like glamorizing her pain, and now that it’s over, she is very glad and would never do that again.
Moreover, The Star talked about certain harsh realities of life in her interview. She stated that telling someone to “be brave” is easier, but its never easier to be brave. But it would become easy if one gets a bit of support from people.
The iconic singer also emphasized the importance of being nice to others. She further gave a message to everyone who is trying hard or is struggling with life, to keep on going and never to lose hearts.
Gaga beckons to anyone going through any struggle or pain, to give it a try and ask for help. She also appealed to others to be kind enough to say “Hey, I see that you’re suffering, and I’m here to help. Tell me your story”.
