Careem has started its @home program to help agents work remotely from home. The @home program helps in improving the career growth and flexibility that agents need. Careem initiates this home program to create income opportunities for individuals who can become a part of the Careem family even while operating from home.
The main objective of Careem is to help those who want to work but it is difficult for them to work outside the home, particularly females and students. Careem’s mission is to ‘simplify and improve the lives of people, and build an awesome organization that inspires.’
The Careem @home program has on-boarded more than 100 agents on its platform, a large number of which are females. All onboard agents undergo a supervisor’s training process to ensure their skills are up to Careem standards and they are aligned with its values.
