PCB select Nida Dar for women big bash league

PCB gives Nida green signal to skip home series against Bangladesh and join Big bash league.

She was signed by Disney thunders for the series which starts from October 18. She will leave for Australia this week.

In October Bangladesh females’ team will play 5 ODI in Pakistan. PCB announced that they decided to exclude all-rounder Nida Dar from home series. She will contribute to the Big Bash League.

The panel said in a statement that this league is very helpful for Nida and for Pakistan women’s cricket team for the ICC women’s T20 world cup Australia 2020. On Wednesday Nida Dar will be the first Pakistani female to sign a contract with Big Bash team.

Nida said that it was her dream to join such a league and make Pakistan proud. She said that in this league she is the representative of Pakistan and she will try her best to do well.

On October 5 she is leaving for Australia to join her teammate for training. Nida said that this league is very vital for her because after this she will be improve her career as a player.
