Kananga Ranaut’s sister Rangoli Chandel revealed the details of dreadful acid attack

Rangoli Chandel sister of famous Indian actress Kananga Ranaut shared the details of the horrific acid attack she was a victim of on twitter. She shares a picture of her days in college and said that soon after this picture was posted she had been assaulted.

Furthermore, she revealed that she had to undergo 54 surgical procedures because of this attack. She was attacked by a boy who throws acid on her because she refuses his proposal. At that time, she was studying engineering in Dehradoon.

She shared a post on Twitter in which she said: “When this picture was clicked, I became the victim of acid attack. I refused the proposal of a guy and then he throws 1-liter acid on my face. I had to undergo 54 surgeries and my little sister was attacked and beaten up for what”.

Furthermore, she said that many people feel sorry for her because she lost her beauty. She said that after 54 surgeries doctor was unable to restore her ear. She lost one of her eyes and had a retina transplant. She said that acid victims are increasing day by day in India and the culprit was free on bail.

Rangoli gave thanks to her sister and husband for their support in the difficult time of her life. She said that she had given up her life but her sister support her and her husband who was a friend of her back then washed her wound and wait for her outside operation theatres. She said that it is difficult to recover after this horrible experience but my sister, my family, and my husband support me. She said that now her priority is her son and her husband not to go after that culprit.

Rangoli also appeals the death penalty for acid attackers. She wrote: “why not the death penalty for these people? Beauty was the last thing she cared about the most. The time when she had to study, she spends her time in operations theatre.”
