Bushra Rahim Uddin is from Hyderabad and went to Berlin a month ago, she is there to do her MS in neuroscience at Charite medical university in berlin. Bushra wants to explore the highly research-oriented programs in neuroscience.
Bushra received a scholarship from Erasmus mundas for the neurosciences program after she did her bachelor’s in biotechnology from the Sindh University. Currently, Bushra is accommodating in a hostel in the wedding district of berlin. She said that she is enjoying it there because even in the hostel sometimes they help each other even in the study and share diverse cultures and exquisite food.
According to her the life in berlin is never lonely and has always a lot to offer, she says that if one keeps on going out there is no way you’d feel lonely. She also has taken part in the climbing clubs and cycling classes to get the most of her life in berlin.
At the embassy of Pakistan, a welcome evening was organized by Pakistan’s student’s association (PSA). This evening was organized for the students who recently reached berlin and emphasized that the students should work to promote the culture and the image of Pakistan. The students were then informed about the basic rules and regulations they’ll have to follow relating to health insurance, affordable accommodations, etc
Bushra also attended the welcome evening and said it helped in solving so many issues and answering so many questions.
Bushra said she felt very motivational in the end because she now knows of the challenges she will be going to face for the next 2 years.
