Cardi b opens up about a horrible incident that happened to her during a photoshoot. In a preview cli of an upcoming tv series probably named as Untold Stories of hip hop stories which will be premiered of Thursday the hiphop singer is seen recalling being harassed sexually while she was doing a photshoot for a magazine.
The rapper stated that she still remembers that she went to shoot for this magazine but the photographer kept coming close to her, she then said that he took off his pants she said that she was so mad when this all happened and thought this is just crazy.
She then states that she was like this is so annoying and went like you know what? I am out. She added that what’s more crazy is that she told the magazine owner and he was like so? and?
She then further explained that when she saw that #metoomovement is when she realized that girls go through this horrible treatment
And says that they make you feel like you got to do certain type of things for the most horrible treatment you are getting. She then expressed that this kind of stuff happens it really happens in our everyday lives.
When she was asked if these horrible incidents still happen to her she says that no. Hell no and that now if they did she’ll put such things of her Instagram.
Cardi actually opened up her incident in 2019 during an interview for cosmopolitans and there she stated that the MeToo movement excepted all the women in hip hop.
Moreover, she said that a lot of women tried to stand up and speak about this but nobody cared. She said that this included the music industry and she said when she tried to stand up for these people said you want to be on the cover of this magazine? And took their pants off.
She added that if any of these women try to stand up and talk about it and tell the world people will simply say so what? You are a ho and that it doesn’t matter.
