At the world athlete championship that took place in Doha on Sunday, the world title of the women’s pole vault was secured by Anzhelika Sidorova.
Anzhelika is 28-years-old. She took part in the competition as an authorized neutral athlete due to the IAAF ban on Russia over the fixing scandal. Anzhelika won the vault of 4.95 meters.
Sandi Morris from America secured the second position. Sandi has been placed second at 2016 Olympics and 2017 world championship collecting silver medals ever since. Sandi won second place with a vault of 4.90m.
Katerina stefanidi who is the Greece Olympics champion secured the third position with a vault of 4.85m.
