At the opening of Goop’s new Podcast ‘The Beauty Closet’ the glamorous Actress, Singer, and the founder of Goop beauty Gwyneth Paltrow along with other beauty editors of the brand shared her thoughts about how she feels about herself.

The podcast was about conveying beauty messages, share personal experiences and thoughts of one for looking beautiful in every age. Someone raised a question at what age she felt most beautiful? Though it’s a complicated question to be answered, Gwyneth thoughtfully started with ‘I don’t know about that, as I’ve never felt that for me, I’ve always felt funny about my looks like how funny I will look into this’ adding up she said, it’s very rare to think that you look pretty, you look amazing, I don’t see that when I look at myself in the mirror because its rare. She thoughtfully said ‘it’s a more internal feeling, like as I’ve ageing more things are more crystal clear to me, I’ve become now less judgemental about myself, I know now about my aims and other things as well.

I am honest all the time now, which was much harder when you’re a younger woman and you’re trying to satisfy and manipulating all this stuff. This label beautiful has always felt weird to me, there is another offbeat layer over me, like what happens to your identity when you age, it feels like you are being more realistic, what if you are not F***able and pretty. In these analogous times, you just start to like yourself.
