How Tamara Mellon turned her company a better place to breath in for women

This world is so cruel for women that it never let women become successful shining star women are always less motivated at the workplace it is because their companies and supervisors never let them grow their selves.

A company is successful when every single employee is motivated in the right way. Tamara Mellon is one of the personalities who never let her guard down. The young co-founder and creative director of ‘Tamara Mellon Brand’ felt all these things as a co-founder of the leading fashion brand Jimmy Choo.

She left the brand in 2013 because of many reasons and formed her brand and in a conversation she told, the shoe company reduced its quality just to gain profit which she found bothersome.

And the other thing she said was, she was being paid less than her sub-workers who were male, clear gender discrimination. She is of the view everyone has their voice and they can speak freely she wanted to create a place where women are ideals and she did that she raised a culture which is fair in every mean.

In her business, all the employees are equally treated. The goal of the business is to make everyone feel like they have ownership of the business. She never behaves like a boss she is a lady with honour never sitting in her office with some standing guards and some assistant looking for her she always sat on the floor with her employee to make them feel equal.

She has also been involved in some women-related issues, she was involved in women’s health mammograms by sending Rvs, she is also working to close the gender pay gap. She has boosted her brand’s success and she shares that company values are much believed in all aspects.
